Vellalar College of Pharmacy (VCP) observed World Antimicrobial Awareness Week on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, under the theme “Act Now: Protect Our Present, Secure Our Future.” Organized by the Department of Pharmaceutics, the event featured enthusiastic participation from Second Year B.Pharm students. Principal Dr. A. Saravanakumar highlighted the importance of fighting antimicrobial resistance, while students presented seminars and E-Posters, emphasizing prudent antibiotic use and VCP’s commitment to global health awareness.
