DR. A. SARAVANA KUMAR
Dr. A. Saravana Kumar has more than 22 years of extensive experience in various national scopus, SCI, SCIE indexed journals. He has completed Bachelor of Pharmacy in the year of 1998 and Master of Pharmacy in the branch of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology in the year of 2000 with distinction. He obtained his doctorate degree in Anna university Coimbatore in the year of 2012.
He got two post-doctoral experiences in Daejeon University, South Korea and Hanseo University, South Korea. To his credit, he filed two Korean patents (P. No: 10-2014-0089915 and 10-2014-0156188) and received best oral presentation in the international conference on drug delivery held at JeJu Island, South Korea.
He is having vast experience in Research and he has published more than 50 Research Papers in various national and international journals. He is having more than 1000 citations in his research area. He has organized two seminars sponsored by DRDO.
He is a member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India (APTI) TN/LM-316 Artificial cells and editorial board member for more than 5 journals. His area of interest includes Drug delivery using polymeric carriers, Nanotechnology based plant drug delivery, Isolation of Phytoconstituents, Antioxidant activity of plant extracts and its compounds etc.
